Eden School is a private institution that offers a French-English bilingual education for children from 3 to 12 years old. The subjects taught respect both the academic programs of the Swiss and French systems, thus offering a freedom of choice at the end of their schooling at Eden School.

A word from the director

Opening a school was for me a social duty. This deep desire was instilled in me by my own experience of school. It was to set in motion a school theorized by university research. The problem was the implementation of these concepts recommended by pedagogues and scientists.

It is in this mindset, and in all humbleness regarding my knowledge, that I decided, in 2007, to form a team with great expertise in order to open Eden School: an innovative school that would welcome children from their youngest age.

To develop this school in practice and implement the research proposals, it was necessary to join intelligences, accept mistakes and be flexible. The team is at the heart of my project. The teachers co-construct and carry out the common program to transmit to children the socio-emotional skills needed for their development without neglecting the importance of academic excellence.

Today, in order to prepare students for the world of tomorrow and lead them to be fulfilled individuals who are free to make their own choices, we work on the construction of being and spirit and we recognize each student in his/her uniqueness. By working in this way we bring out the best in them!

I am proud that at Eden School everything is done to engage students towards personal and academic success within a caring and innovative team!
